A Research Proposal on the pervasiveness of Anemia in Pregnant Women: A Literature Review

Using your thesis statement and research, present the problem that needs to be addressed with your proposed solution. Note: Your solution, advantages, and challenges, will be in Parts 2 and 3. You are only detailing the problem and making sure the reader thoroughly understands the need to read the next two (2) parts of your paper.
Write a three to four (3-4) page draft in which you:
Provide an appropriate title and an interesting opening paragraph to appeal to your stated audience (appeal with logic, ethics, or emotion).
Include a defensible, relevant thesis statement in the first paragraph. (Revised from instructor feedback on Assignment 1.)
Describe the history and status of the issue and provide an overview of the problem(s) that need to be addressed. You should break the issue down into multiple parts (called “problems” for this assignment). For example, if you were writing about jaywalking in a busy city, some of the problems associated could be (1) the lack of available crosswalks, (2) issues with technology like Walk/Don’t Walk signs and mobile phones, and (3) people’s disregard of established laws due to a sense of self-importance. There are several other problems that could be associated with this issue, but those are some ideas. This section should be one or two (1-2) paragraphs.
Explain the first problem and provide support for your claims. This should be one or two (1-2) paragraphs.
Explain the second problem and provide support for your claims. This should be one or two (1-2) paragraphs.
Explain the third problem and provide support for your claims. This should be one or two (1-2) paragraphs.
Provide a paragraph that summarizes the stated problems and promises a solution. Do not explain the solution in this paragraph!
Develop a coherently structured draft that follows the structure outlined above.
Use effective transitional words, phrases, and sentences throughout the paper.
Support claims with at least three (3) quality, relevant references. Use credible, academic sources available through Strayer University’s Resource Center. You may use additional resources as needed. Note: Wikipedia and similar websites do not qualify as academic resources.
Your assignment must follow these formatting guidelines:
Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.
Note: Submit your assignment to the designated plagiarism program so that you can make revisions before submitting your paper to your professor.
The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are:

TOPIC BELOW—-
A Research Proposal on the pervasiveness of Anemia in Pregnant Women: A Literature Review
The first reason for the topic is to identify and know the pervasiveness of anemia with expectant women
The second reason to know the relationship between diet and the etiology as well as the propagation of the condition. This is important so as to know the role of diet in the treatment and prevention of the condition.
The definition of anemia according to World Health Organization (WHO) as a condition in which the level of hemoglobin below 11 g/Dl, a person who has this condition is said to be anemic. It is estimated that a total of up to one hundred and fifteen maternal death and five-hundred and ninety thousand perinatal death, therefore knowing the prevalence of anemia is important in the process of fighting the anemia
The scope of the paper will, therefore, be to find the documentation and the literature on the articles written on the pervasiveness of anemia in expectant women. The main section of the proposal includes the introduction which defines the main terms that will be used throughout the research paper. The second part is the statement of the problem that will describe the impact of anemia and the reason why this particular research should be done. The next is justification and then methodology which will explain the methods used to attain the results which are another main part of the research followed by the discussion and the conclusion which is the final part of the research project.
The question that should be asked by the audience in this research project is if the prevalence anemia is influence by dint of the victim and the second is whether diet can be used to treat the condition.
The methodology that will be used will be the study and analysis of various literature that describes the condition of anemia and its prevalence. Based on the worldwide research done by WHO on the prevalence of anemia and the Central Disease Control will be the main source of reference in the research proposal with further research done by scientists and published.

Strategic Human Resource Management

Course Text: Mello, Jeffrey A. (2011). Strategic Human Resource Management, 4th ed. Thomson South-Western.
Instructions for assignment are in yellow, there will be several pieces to this work with final part being a 12 part paper. All will be assigned in the following weeks.
The objective of the project is to develop your skills in using the management and human resource management literature to solve a specific human resource organizational problem by integrating what you have learned previously in your human resource management studies and this strategic human resource management course. Armed with these skills you will be able to confront a specific human resource management problem with the backing of researchers, practitioners, and colleagues.
The final research paper on one of the topics we have studied this term relating to SHRM. The perspective of the paper should be strategic in nature (focused on the next 3-5 years) and should integrate at least two subtopics that you have studied earlier that relate to human resource management. For example, you are introducing a talent management process (or system) to your organization which will be implemented over the next 3-5 years.  Your research paper will include not only the pro’s and con’s of talent management, but it will also include peripheral topics relating to organizational talent such as recruitment and selection of candidates and compensation: recruitment and selection of candidates and compensation are topics that you studied in earlier courses.

Module 2: Write a two page description of the research paper describing the main topic that you will research and the two additional subtopics that you plan on including in your research. Include the research question(s) your paper will address: the research question(s) should be formulated based on the problem within the organization because the strategic initiative has not been developed. For example, there is a shortage of leaders in an organization because there is a lack of leadership identification and development within the organization. A talent management process would increase the number of leaders and prepare them for work assignments. This will also impact recruitment and selection as well as compensation. The topic for this question might be: How can talent management process better prepare future organizational leaders? How will recruitment and selection and compensation be impacted to ensure we have the leaders that we need? Prepare a brief description of the organization to which the project would be recommended.

systems used to promote company goals and core values throughout an organization

The case describes the systems used to promote company goals and core values throughout an organization. It also explores the challenges of scaling up and emphasizes that a strong culture is not enough to build an entrepreneurial spirit in a growing company if top executives do not empower their people, encourage them to think critically, or stimulate them to explore new ways to improve operations and adapt the business to the markets into which it is expanding. It also discusses how a company can best leverage its investments in its people, and explores the challenges of going public.
