Topic 1.
Maria
You are a psychologist working in a women’s unit for a substance abuse agency as a member of the treatment team. Your specific job is to conduct individual sessions with clients who have problems that are untreatable in group therapy. Typically, you provide mental health services for clients who do not have another psychologist, and your clients are very needy. In fact, virtually all of your clients are unemployed and are quite poor.
During Maria’s appointment, you learn that she has just discovered that she is 6 weeks pregnant, and despite her continued drinking and use of cigarettes, she thinks that her baby will be healthy. The agency nurse asked you to talk to her about how her behaviors are likely endangering the baby. She has explained the physical problems, but Maria responds better to you. Maria does not understand how her tobacco and alcohol use, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, unprotected sex, and other risky behaviors might be dangerous to the embryo. Maria dropped out of high school as a sophomore and has a sixth grade reading level.

  1. What specific information from your Reading do you think is most important to introduce to Maria to help convince her to make some changes? Remember that you do not want to overwhelm her with complicated information and explanations.
  2. How would you approach Maria to help to educate her about pregnancy risks?

As you have read and experienced, both biological and social influences affect your healthy development from birth. Much research has been conducted on the efficacy of extended family living. Children who live in these social structures often develop healthier psychosocial, social, and cognitive skills. Many cultures greatly value living within an extended family system as supportive and necessary for the successful nurturance of children, adolescents, and even young adults. Consider all of the information from your Reading as you respond to the following questions.

  1. How would you compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages for living in an extended family versus single-family home?

Moderate Confederalists

State suffrage within the upper house 
For Moderate Confederalists, many of whom come from small states, equal representation in the senate is the Convention’s primary issue. It is primary as well for many of the state legislatures, which in some instances have instructed their delegates to bolt the Convention if the decision goes against them. The small states demand an equal voice in the national legislature in accordance with past practices and confederal theory, where the contracting parties are states, each an equal regardless of population or wealth. Since the lower house is organized on the principle of proportionality, it is imperative that the organization of the upper house reflect the equality of the states. Otherwise a coterie of large states will set policy for the remainder. Confederalists are likely to support you, including those from large states, because they too respect confederal theory.
 
A winning argument for you might be the size of the upper house if proportional representation is adopted. For the upper house must have eighty or more senators in order for the least populous state to be entitled to just one. But the Nationalists want a small upper house to serve as an aristocratic check on the democratic lower house. How can the Nationalists have their aristocratic senate if proportional representation inflates its size?
In your paper, explain the importance of equal state voting in the senate to a state like Delaware, and threaten to call upon the assistance of foreign powers if equality is denied to the small states. (See Convention speech by Bedford, June 30, in FC, vol. 2, p. 197.)

You need to introduce Charlotte Bridge and tell about their services. You also will need to talk about what exactly you propose to do. How much money will it take to budget? What exactly will be the proposal?

A battery and a DC motor will be pleased on the back of the base.
the fork will be moved by a wire rope connected from the fork to the motor through a poly on top of the mast.
the material for building the fork lift is a mild carbon steel , an attachment of the mild steel cross section measurement is provided.
a free hand sketch is in the attachment to help if needed.
 
Each part of the fork lefter must be isolated ( the base , the mast , the fork) in different file and then they should be joined together in one single file named Assembly.
