In Unit VI of this course, you will be tasked with writing about the dispute process when workers believe that they are treated unjustly. For this assignment, research and solid references need to be found within the Waldorf Online Library (https://www.waldorf.edu/faculty-staff/departments/library/library-resources). For this assignment, you will be creating an annotated bibliography of resources on the dispute process. 
The resources you identify in this bibliography will be used in writing your assignment in Unit VI. By locating the necessary resources in this bibliography, you will be prepared to write your paper in Unit VI.
Generally, a workers’ compensation dispute is a disagreement between the system participants (e.g., the injured worker, the employer, the employer’s insurance company) that must be settled by the state-specific workers’ compensation board. Most (but not all) disputes generally involve three main areas:
· an indemnity dispute involving compensability or liability,
· a medical fee dispute for healthcare already provided where the payment has been reduced or denied, or
· a medical necessity dispute, disputing if a medical procedure is actually medically necessary.
Using these common disputes as well as others, create an annotated bibliography, and show how those resources will support your paper by briefly describing the content of each article or referenced source.
When writing your bibliography, think about the different types of coverage available to employees and the fundamentals of claim management. Be sure to include information about these in your bibliography.
There is no minimum page count for this assignment, but you must include six-to-ten sources in your bibliography and your entry for each reference should be at least 250 words. Each source should be from the Waldorf Online Library, and the assignment should be formatted in APA style

As a Veterinarian, my duty is to protect the wellbeing of animals ( farm animals, wild animals, home pets)  as well as humans. I already take on the responsibility of treating animals whose life’s are at stake everyday due to oil spills, contaminated water, forest fires, and other disasters cause by mother nature.
Water is one of life’s most essential substances. If it were not for water there would be no place for human beings, plants, and animals on this Earth. Water consumes 2/3 of our living space as well as 75 percent of our body weight. Just like us, The Everglades needs water too. Not having enough water, causes a number of problems for us and for the species residing in The Everglades. Here are just a few, shortage in water leads to soil drying, which leads to plants not having enough nutrients to grow. Not to mention animals/fish will also have a shortage of drinking sources. I will be conducting a study comparing the life of animals in The Everglades compared to the life of animals in Bear Mountain State Park.

2. Is there a way to prevent animals and fish to come in contact with contaminated water.

1. What exactly is causing these animals to become extinct ?
2. How can we spread the word to make this water more clean?
You may also use Google Scholar (scholar.google.com) to seek scholarly sources. Anything from a regular Google search must be a .org, .gov, or .edu website.

NOTE
An annotation is a summary and/or evaluation. Therefore, an annotated bibliography includes a summary and/or evaluation of each of the sources. Depending on your project or the assignment, your annotations may do one or more of the following.
Summarize: Some annotations merely summarize the source. What are the main arguments? What is the point of this book or article? What topics are covered? If someone asked what this article/book is about, what would you say? The length of your annotations will determine how detailed your summary is.

Assess: After summarizing a source, it may be helpful to evaluate it. Is it a useful source? How does it compare with other sources in your bibliography? Is the information reliable? Is this source biased or objective? What is the goal of this source?
Reflect: Once you’ve summarized and assessed a source, you need to ask how it fits into your research. Was this source helpful to you? How does it help you shape your argument? How can you use this source in your research project? Has it changed how you think about your topic?

I would like to persuade my audience by proving to them how social media and the news gives law enforcement officers a bad reputation within their communities. The paper has to be 15 pages with an outline, annotated bibliography, and reference page
The final paper should be 15-20 pages in length, not including the title page, the table of contents, and the references page. 2. Develop an annotated bibliography which focuses on the treatment for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). My portion of team assignment: Include 2 sources on contemporary approaches to treatment of TBI based on current research and theoretical models. Each summary should include at least a 5 sentence description. All information should come from Academic Journal Articles such as those found at the University Library and focus on the disorder you chose from this week’s focus. DO NOT use websites or the text book. Format your references according to APA 6th edition formatting Include a title page, but a resource page in not necessary.
