These videos will show you about an SQL attack as well as a little about IP spoofing. This is why hardening your devices is so important.

https://youtu.be/rxN4zWTNSds – What is IP spoofing? A nice graphic of how it works (3:51)
https://youtu.be/_Gw2L1L4JaA – This one has no audio, but if you watch the guy has 3 virtual machines running and show an actual spoof on a packet from one machine to another. This is a good demo of, unfortunately, how easy it is to spook an IP packet. (10:02)

https://youtu.be/i_Ml3k0e524 – While it wasn’t on the module this week, I think this is a good point to mention a DNS Cache Poison attack. I’ve dealt with one of these, not fun. Check out how it happens (10:08). Watch the above video first to understand why DNS is vulnerable before you watch this one.
PLEASE READ THIS.IT IS VERY IMPORTANT
Allow your discussion posts to be detailed and capable of sharing knowledge, ideas and points. You must discuss the topic using your own words first. Using your own words indicate you understand the topic of discussions. Secondly, you must cite your sources in-text. This is necessary to justify your points. Sources from several sources showed good research abilities. Lastly, you must provide references at the bottom of your post. A discussion post without justification with sources does not show proper research abilities. A terse and not detailed discussions represent post that would not provide enough sharing of knowledge or proper understanding of the topic. DO NOT just copy and paste a sentence from online with citation at the end as your own discussion. I have not asked for definitions, I asked for discussions and will not buy this. You must show understanding of the discussion topic by using your own words to describe the topic and then justify that with sources.
www.citationmachine.net to format references into the APA style if necessary. Extremely important. Intext citations is very essential and highly needed as well.
use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Sources should be cited according to APA citation method (citation should be relevant and current). Page-length requirements:1 and half pages at least. Make sure you cite if you take a piece of someone’s work, very important and your reference should relate to your writing (don’t cite a reference because it relates to the course and not this very paper) at least 4 current and relevant academic references. No heavy paraphrasing of others work.
please communicate for any clarifications and please read instructions and follow them. Some tutors don’t pay attention to instructions at all. Very important
I am not doing try and error here so please do not send a hand shake if you have no ideas or experience with research.

Four types of healthcare were covered in last week’s course materials: ambulatory healthcare; hospitals; long-term care; and mental and behavioral health. For each of these types of healthcare:
- Explain the role it provides in providing healthcare services to individuals in a community,
- Describe its strengths and weaknesses, and
- Give examples of economic or political forces that affect its effectiveness and efficiency.
Discussion
- Analyze the major pros and cons of preparing company budgets. Determine at least two (2) critical budget items that you believe are essential in managing a company. Provide a rationale for your response.
- Analyze the most common responsibility reporting systems. From your analysis, argue at least one (1) pro and one (1) con of using responsibility reporting systems.
Discussion
- Research one (1) publicly traded company in which you are interested using the Internet. Locate the company Website and focus on the types of bonds the company issues. Be prepared to discuss.
- Hypothesize a scenario in which one could intentionally misstate liabilities for his or her personal financial gain. Recommend two (2) actions that companies can take to prevent or detect intentional misstatements of liabilities for personal financial gain. Justify your response.
- Imagine that you are advising an investor who is considering purchasing bonds from the selected company. Analyze the types of bonds the chosen company issues, and make a recommendation to the investor as to which type of bond would provide the most value. Justify your response.

Identifying Misleading Information in an Argument” Please respond to the following:
Consider the following argument: There are many arguments for the elimination or modification of current U. S. drug laws, but one of the most persuasive involves what negative effects drug laws are having on society in comparison with the effects of the drugs themselves. In the past ten years, most forms of drug use have dropped significantly, especially among teens. Despite this, non-violent drug offenders accounted for 21.1 percent of the federal prison population. First-time drug offenders serve, on average, a sentence three months longer than kidnappers, nine months longer than burglars, and thirty-three months longer than sex abusers. In 1992, the average cost of keeping an inmate in either state or federal prison was about $20,000 per prisoner per year. The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world, with 455 prisoners per 100,000 population. It is maintaining these prisoners at great expense in an environment where they are unlikely to develop a socially constructive attitude. Perhaps it is time that we reconsider our attitudes toward those who choose to use drugs; failure to do so may cost society even more than it already has. Determine whether or not the argument uses any deceptive statistics. Give your opinion on whether or not the argument has persuaded you. Explain why or why not. Determine the primary ways in which statistics or authority are used in your current position in developing persuasive arguments, and provide examples of such use.

“Consolidated Net Operating Losses and Consolidated Tax Returns” Based on the lecture, address the following:
Imagine that a client is pursuing the acquisition of Corporation A that has a substantial net operating loss. Corporation B is a member of the controlled group and is currently included in the consolidated tax return that also has a net operating loss. Analyze the potential advantages and disadvantages of Corporation B’s acquisition of Corporation A and Corporation A’s subsequent inclusion in Corporation B’s consolidated tax return. Suggest the key tax issues the client should consider in determining the deductibility of the net operating losses. Imagine that corporations P, S, and C are members of a parent-subsidiary controlled group filing a consolidated tax return. Corporations A and B are members of abrother-sister controlled group that cannot file a consolidated tax return. Design a strategy geared toward creating an affiliated group which makes Corporations A, B, P, S, and C all eligible to file a consolidated tax return.

Your answers to each of these questions should be at least one paragraph (6-7 sentences) long, and it should show some thoughtful consideration regarding the matters raised in the questions. Your total set of answers to these questions needs to be at least 200 words. Also, when you reply to these questions, be sure to insert the letter for each question next to your answer corresponding to that question.
You will also need to reply to at least two students. When you reply to another student, you do not need to reply to that student’s answers to every single question for this week. You can just pick their reply to one question and reply to their answer to that question. Your replies to other students should be at least 100 words long each.
A. Pages 241-242 of our text Ethical Choices describes two different perspectives: the justice perspective and the care perspective. Using Ethical Choices, explain these two different perspectives in your own words. Last, our text says that according to Carol Gilligan, men tend to focus more on the justice perspective while women focus more on the care perspective. Do you agree with Gilligan’s claim about men and women – why or why not?
B. On page 252 of our text Ethical Choices, there is an interesting quote. It says, “Care ethics is undoubtedly right in criticizing our society as being too uncaring.” Do you agree with this – why or why not? If you agree with it, be sure to give at least one example to support your views, and, if you disagree with it, give at least one example to support your views.
C. One of the things that we will be doing each week is discussing some cases from our text Thinking Critically About Ethical Issues. Look at Case 13a on page 48. After looking at this case, answer these questions about it. First, what dilemma or tension is involved in this case? Second, explain if this dilemma or tension could be overcome through developing relationships.
D. One of the things that we will be doing each week is discussing some cases from our text Thinking Critically About Ethical Issues. Look at Case 19 on page 132. After looking at this case, answer these questions about it. First, what dilemma or tension is involved in this case? Second, if this dilemma or tension could be overcome through developing relationships.

China
England
France
Japan
North Korea
South Korea
Saudi Arabia
United States
How have the cultural perspectives of each country had an impact on their legal traditions? Does there appear to be a direct correlation between the cultural beliefs and the legal traditions in each country? How do the cultures of these countries impact policing, courts, and corrections?
Your initial post should be at least 400 words in length. Support your claims with examples from the required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references.
