These are the hypothesis of the research:
 
H1: The creativity and innovation can be a source of competitive advantage
 
H2: There is a strong relationship between innovation and productivity

Analysis using: Descriptive static analysis, and statistical reliability tests will be conducted.

 It is a method used to determine a reliable predetermined benchmark for the allocation of overhead costs to the products produced based on their activity levels. In this discussion, we will work a case study on ABC together. For your initial response, attempt to answer the questions yourself and post all the required items into the Discussion Area. The Chief Executive believes that its pricing methods are leading to the loss of large customer advertising campaigns while it is consistently winning smaller business.
Merit-o-cracy costs work for pricing purposes on the basis of direct advertising costs (i.e. space or time purchased from newspapers, radio and TV) plus 100%. The 100% is intended to cover all the overheads of the business, which run at $2 million per year. It does not include any profit margin. This budget cost comprises:

Rental and associated costs                  $450,000
Merit-o-cracy classifies its advertising campaigns as either small or large. Of the 350 campaigns the agency wins, about 325 are classified as small. A typical small advertising campaign incurs direct advertising costs of $4,000 each (and therefore is allocated $4,000 of overheads under current methods). The other 25 advertising campaigns are large and incur direct advertising costs of $28,000 each.
Merit-o-cracy’s accountant has heard of activity-based costing. After speaking to the management team, she has gathered information on the most common causes of costs. She believes that creative staff costs are linked to the number of advertising campaigns the agency competes for. Production staff costs are related to the number of advertising campaigns the agency wins. Administrative and support staff costs are related to the number of customers the agency has. Rental and associated costs are people-based and as a similar number of staff is employed in each of the three departments, the costs should be equally shared.
The accountant has also collected data on the activity levels in each of the three departments over the budget period. These are:

Thread Part 1: A young lawyer is representing a client who is charged with writing a series of threatening messages to various schools in the local area threatening to place bombs in the building. The lawyer’s client was accused of writing these messages on his computer and then e-mailing them to the principals of each school building. The client was turned in by his wife, who knew the client’s computer password and had access to the home in which the computer was located.
 
The lawyer learned that it was the client’s wife who offered to show the investigating police officer the location of the threatening messages. The lawyer also learned that the client and his wife are in the midst of a bitter divorce and custody dispute over their three children. The client has no criminal history and the lawyer suspects (but does not have proof) that the wife, rather than the client, accessed and placed the threatening messages on the client’s computer and then e-mailed them to the schools. The lawyer wants to inspect the wife’s home computer for similar messages, which would help exculpate the client by suggesting that the wife, rather than the client, was responsible for the threatening messages. However, the client is afraid that if he asks openly to do so, the wife will destroy any evidence on her computer.
 
The lawyer’s client is facing a lengthy prison term and numerous felony convictions. Without the evidence that he suspects is on the wife’s computer, the lawyer believes that the client will likely be found guilty at trial.
 
The lawyer comes to you for advice. He has hatched a plan to obtain the evidence on the computer. He would like to hire a private investigator to gain access to wife’s computer through a clever ruse. The private investigator would pose as a university professor conducting research into the computer use of families in the area. He would contact the wife and offer her a spot in a “research study” which would involve the swapping of her computer for a new laptop computer that would purportedly allow the “professor” to monitor complainant’s computer use. The lawyer then plans to have the computer analyzed for the exculpatory evidence.
 
Is the lawyer’s plan ethical?
What advice do you give him?
Would your answer change from the perspective of a biblical worldview?
If the lawyer moves forward with the plan, do you have the duty to report his conduct to disciplinary authorities?

Attention Deficit

Read the following two case scenarios:
Initially, Jose used cocaine only on the weekends when he was out with friends. But now he uses it every day, even when alone. Jose spends nearly his entire paycheck on his cocaine use. His wife is threatening to divorce him, and he is close to being fired from his job for underperforming. Yet, he continues to use cocaine.
Steven suffers from Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity disorder.  In order to help him focus better at work, Steven’s doctor prescribed Adderall (amphetamine).  Initially, Steven noticed an improvement in his concentration at work.  After he had been taking Adderall for 6 months, however, recently he is starting to feel his concentration slipping again. He mentioned this to his doctor, and his doctor increased the dosage Steven was taking.  He has also noticed that if he forgets to take his medicine, he is very tired, feels depressed, and has trouble sleeping.
Based on your readings, what is your viewpoint regarding Jose’s and Steven’s substance use? Keep the following questions in mind while writing the paper:
