Most people perceive international public administration to be a set of state structures, institutions, and processes. Opponents of globalization argue that it weakens states, making it difficult for them to sustain social welfare and environmental policies, and create fiscal re distributive initiatives.
According to James Bovard, a libertarian author who focuses on writing about government, proponents and businesses seeking to expand a broad claim there is little or no evidence of national governments’ decline. Congress, along with many policy strategists, seem to think that whatever the effects of globalization on governments, they are likely to be beneficial for long-term economic growth (Bovard, 1987).
Analyze the claims laid out in this controversy, and try to argue the strongest case you can in favor of the view(s) you find most convincing. In doing so, be sure to seriously consider the case that your opponents might make against your position, and why you would reject it. Use the Internet databases to research evidence that supports your opinion. Determine your point of view on the issue, and support your position with information from at least three (5) reliable, relevant, peer-reviewed references , published within the last five (5) years.
Create a PowerPoint presentation that covers the following:

- In reality, trading medical care for oil has been a very important part of economic policy in both countries this century, with Venezuela exporting oil to Cuba, and Cuba exporting medical care to Venezuela. Familial Hypercholesterolemia is a genetic disease which is defined as an individual having high levels of the bad types of cholesterol in their cardiovascular system. The term genetic disease means that the disease is passed down from parents to offspring, and I feel that it is a horrible disease. Through no fault of any party involved, the individual must suffer a disease that can hamper their overall health, lifestyle, and life span. Though the disease is genetic, traditional cholesterol treatments are effective though at a lower effectiveness. The disease can lead to other types of cardiovascular disease, such as coronary artery disease which is a cause of heart attacks. The disease has a high level of undiagnosed individuals, mainly because the disease has very few obvious symptoms, and I feel that is dangerous. I think screening for cholesterol should be encouraged more in society and I think individuals should work more towards getting tested for such diseases. Especially with the dangerous risks this disease has when paired with other cardiovascular issues. I hope that more of society and the population as a whole talks such diseases like this seriously and I hope better and more effective treatments are found and perfected soon.
