Using the corporation you chose from Assignment 1, (FIRST CITIZENS) examine its industry. Research the company on its own Website, the public filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR database, in the University’s online databases, and any other sources you can find. The annual report will often provide insights that can help address some of these questions.

Requirements:
· Select one entrepreneur to conduct a face-to-face interview with.
· The conversation should last a minimum of 30-40 minutes.
· Be sure to get a business card.
· Doing this assignment via email or over the phone is NOT acceptable. You may want to ask if you can record the conversation, otherwise you’ll need to take good notes.
· Please refer to the list of questions compiled below, but feel free to add others that are more appropriate for you and your interviewee. You will not be able to ask all of these questions by any stretch of the imagination. Use these lists more as a pool of optional questions you can tap into to create your own set of interview questions. Probe…be creative…get details…
Deliverable:
· Minimum of 5-6 pages, double-spaced, 1” margins, 12-pt. type.
· Staple your interviewee’s business card to the front page.
