I need a literature review for this topic. Dissertation topic: Intercultural communication through English: an analysis of Intercultural Communication Apprehension displayed by Hong Kong English language users in tertiary education with international students
Methodology: Quantitative research
I am going to do two questionnaires and recruit 100 Hong Kong tertiary students (final year) First, informants will ask to do a Personal Report of Intercultural Communication Apprehension developed by Neuliep and McCroskey (1997). The PRICA measures communication anxiety in situational contexts. Second, they will be asked to do likert scale questionnaire designed by me to analysis the culture and language learning. I will then have a a comparative analysis between two samples of gender different populations of Hong Kong tertiary education students. Therefore, male and female participants will be in fifty fifty. I will recruit more than 100 students, maybe 120 students in order to avoid some incomplete replied questionnaires
